TERMS OF SERVICE
General provision
A condition for the use of the Website is confirmation made by the User of reading the Terms and Conditions, accepting its provisions and undertaking to comply with them. Any complaints concerning the operation of the Website will be considered in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Access to the website
It is not needed to register on the Website to use basic services. The Website Administrator shall make every effort to ensure that the Users have a continued access to the Website and Services. The Website Administrator does not guarantee that the use of the Website will proceed without errors and interruptions. Additionally, the Administrator reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time without prior notification of the Users. The Website Administrator reserves the right to change, remove and add information and content to the Website without informing the Users. The Website Administrator is not responsible for the content of other websites or portals to which the User may be redirected, using the links published on the Website. The Administrator will ensure the possibility of using the Website by means of all web browsers, types of devices and Internet connections, and operating systems. Minimum technical requirements for undisturbed use of the Website are: Internet connection > 1 Mbps, JavaScript, Internet Explorer version 10 or higher / Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome version 58.0.3029.96 or higher / Mozilla Firefox version 53.02 or higher.
Services
The Website Administrator provides the following services electronically to the Users:
- the sale of a laboratory test service for the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infections (hereinafter referred to as a test), provided basing on the rules specified in section 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
- the sale of testing services and their purchase by the Users to selected health care providers in terms of increasing access to tests for coronavirus SARS-CoV-2
- informative service, provided in accordance with the terms set out in section 7 of the Terms and Conditions, under which the User may report the need to conduct tests for medical professionals, for employees of his enterprise and report a desire to support financial project
Privacy protection
The provision by the User of any information or the submission of any documents is completely voluntary. The Website fully respects the right to privacy and the protection of personal data of its Users. If the User agrees, the Website Administrator will contact and inform them about new features, services or products available on the Website. The User has the right to resign from receiving additional information at any time. The Website Administrator stipulates that: cookies mechanism is used that, by saving short text information on the User’s computer, allows to identify it, and consequently allows to know the User’s behaviour, interests, needs, to determine the personal preferences and to increase the quality of the services offered. Third parties, under separate agreements, may use the cookies mechanism on the sites of the Portal. The User can specify the conditions for storing or accessing this information using the browser settings. Statistical data collected by the Website Administrator can be used for internal analyses carried out to improve the quality of services offered by the Website Administrator. Final provisions
The Terms and Conditions and any amendments hereto enter into force on the date of publication on the Website. In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant laws shall apply. Any disputes that may arise from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the General Court competent for the seat of the Website Administrator, and the law applicable to the settlement of any disputes is Polish law. The Website Administrator reserves the right to amend and modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, without the obligation to inform the Users. The use of the Website is treated as accepting all the amendments.
