• If your travel plans require a QR Code, we have you covered! Just ask for a QR Code when you come in for your test!
• We can even come to you at work or at home! This service is an additional $100.

• Get your employees tested! We are able to process up to 100 test per day, and we can have results back to you same day! Both PCR and rapid tests available.

Need COVID-19 PCR test urgently? We have a 45 minute turnaround time on PCR tests!

• Our clinic offers walk-ins – No appointments needed! We are located at – 10050 Ralston Rd #1 Arvada CO 80004. You’ll be in and out in 15 minutes or less if you call the clinic to pre-register – (720)583-6145
• Your results will be available to you within 45 minutes via email. Cost – $150 for test performed at the clinic.
• Additional $100 fee if you would like our administer the test at work or at your home.
